“The Lego Batman Movie” is not only one of the best Batman movies ever made, but is one of the greatest family movies of recent years. The light hearted feel of the movie is crafted perfectly for each members of the family. The movie takes itself as a fun roast to the Batman universe, with zany gags that match the playfulness only Lego can. Will Arnet voices Batman with the perfect balance of the broody Batman and still flexible to throw those Bat-jokes quicker than his Baterangs. Originally I posted this film review back in 2017. At the time me and Zach Fox saw the picture in theaters together. This film has not only held the test of time but has cemented a place in my heart. While the LEGO Movies may seem like an easy vehicle boost the sale of plastic building sets during the holiday season, I strongly believe these films have gone above and beyond to deliver meaningful storys that bring friends and family closer together. I am a diehard LEGO head. 23 years on this planet and I h...

Okay, how amazing is that? By the way I did not make that painting, a fellow named Michelangelo did--brilliant guy! Check out his work at the Sistine Chapel, it is quite extraordinary. Every muscle and limb is rendered with such accurate detail. The shadows transition beautifully. The colors (although repainted) are gorgeous. I love the blue fabric flowing in the breeze, the red cloth covering the figures. What did you like? 2022 UPDATE: DEADPOOL 2 has clearly surpassed the original Michelangelo original.  💕 Gotta love DP 🥰

This beautiful watercolor features the figure of your friendly  neighborhood Spider-man. Not only is it very lively and colorful, this painting also has a multitude of line, shadowing and many other unique techniques. The artist manipulated the paint so well that  the color itself is fun to look at its fluidity. I  like the pose of the figure but my favorite element is still the way the colors are all put together so nicely. Something about this particular landscape grabs me. I like the way the artist has layers and different shades to  capture the snow. I also liked how the artist has some areas with immense details and others or more simple of cloudy  giving off  the illusion of space and dimension . I like how simple the colors are but the bit of yellowish brown pops out making it look very satisfying.   This painting is a good example of an object. I like the first person perspective of the painting. Just looking at thi...

Yves Tanguy The shapes in this picture are great examples of  geometric forms. The large curtain like structure is an  interesting  biomorphic  figure. The values are easy to spot in this picture particularly in the sky.   Also this have very goo d lines. De Chirico The book and egg are examples of  geometric forms. The large bush in the corner is a  biomorphic  figure. The values in this picture are also clear on the sides of the  building . Magritte The lion has   biomorphic  features. The values are shown on the sidewalk and in the skyline with  implied.

All the wire lines together capture a unified figure of an eagle. You can sense the movement in both the posture of it and the actual look and feel texture. I really love this one. The consistency and unified lines and pattern are done wonderfully. This sculpture is so vivid and exciting and fun. The flow of the lines together show a very interesting form of integration.
